Frank Quichocho is a Lieutenant in the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department with 30 plus years of service. His experience includes administration, internal investigations, narcotics, surveillance/apprehension, and patrol in north, east and south-central Los Angeles.
As a member of Lancaster Baptist Church for 22 years, he currently serves as a deacon and is part of LBC’s security and safety ministry.
