Wayne Hardy became pastor of Bible Baptist Church in Stillwater, Oklahoma in March 1999. Previously he served as the music director from 1983-1993. He then went to Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri, graduating with a degree in pastoral theology. Pastor Hardy currently serves as editor of The Global Baptist Times. He and his wife, Lisa, have three children.
