This sessions is designed to explain the need to unify the ministries and direction within the church. The Hispanic ministry is essentially a church within the church. One of the more difficult areas of service, is to lead in such a way to direct the people towards a common goal. The Hispanic ministry should not seek its independence from the church, but rather seek fulfill a need within the church.
