Joel Counts, pastor of Bible Baptist Church in Victorville, California, followed God’s call into leadership after the retirement of his father, Pastor Bob Counts. He also partners with other churches through California for Christ to support ministry and church planting in the region. He and his wife Kelly are dedicated to serving the Lord and reaching the High Desert community with the love of Christ.
