Local church ministries must provide a workplace for employees and volunteers that please God exclusively and protect the ministry legally. Spiritual leaders must not overlook sexual harassment, abusive conduct, and hostile work environments. More than ever before, we must give no offense in anything, that the ministry be not blamed.
