An old song, “Knowing when to leave may be the smartest thing to know.’ It went on to say, ‘I’m afraid my heart isn’t very smart.” A smooth Scriptural transition is unfortunately rare in our Independent Fundamental Baptist Churches. This session will give some ideas on how to Biblically transition long term ministries.
