Cary Schmidt became the pastor of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Newington, Connecticut in August of 2012. Prior to being called to Emmanuel, he served as an associate pastor at Lancaster Baptist Church for twenty years. He and his wife, Dana, have three children—Lance, Larry, and Haylee.
