Thomas Shepherd graduated from Bethany Divinity College and Seminary. After graduating he worked under Pastor Steve Clayton at Celina Baptist Temple in Ohio for two years as a youth director. He went to Beckley, WV in 2008 with his wife Kari and worked as the Youth and Assistant Pastor for two years. Thomas was voted in as the Senior Pastor at Bible Baptist in November of 2010. In 2020, Thomas became the pastor of Crosspointe Baptist Church in Indianapolis, IN. Thomas Shepherd and his wife, Kari, have five children: Tommy, Lois, London, Norah, and Rose.
